Intervening factors, patterns (common and unusual), plausibility, contrast/compare, subsume particular to general, relations in variability (comparison, correlation – non/parametric).

Document Analysis identified and coded sources according to instructional, environmental, relational, and organizational dimensions, with attention to documented effectiveness for neurodivergent learners’ participation, engagement, and learning in L2 environments.
An informal round of process coding identified perspectives, contexts, and strategies, and a secondary round of focused coding synthesized manageable categories of coded data into themes (Saldaña, 2021).
Practices were mapped into an integrated framework using: J D-R, Occupational science, and Organizational Psychology. Reflexive Thematic Analysis (Braun et al., 2022) was used to identify, describe, and analyse patterns and themes in an iterative and reflexive process.
Identified patterns and tensions were synthesized to illustrate how inclusive practices can be mobilized within FI contexts in ways that support occupational justice among of ND students.
